Is it compatible with Win 7 and 10? Been wanting to get one for so long for my lappy w/ Intel and desktop w/ NVidia.

Yes, the unit will function across all OS's. BUT, if you use MSTS, you will have to stick with XP or use a mod called RDFix (I think that's the name). I use OR and with 7 and 10 because OR has built in support.

Yes, the compatibility is there, a simple download for that mod. RailDriver's web site outlines everything needed and helpful hints as well.

Right now with our dollar in the hole it would be $148.80usd!!
