Here is a good shot of one of the newer GP60M Cabs, this is from a Paducha Rebuild.

It shows the levers and lack of the desk clearly.

Topeka shops pulled the desktop consoles out of these a good 5+ years ago when the units were first reassigned to locals and required more bidirectional vision flexibility

I am surprised the BNSF hasn't cabbed the rest of the GP60B's. Maybe they need a different contractor than Mid America Car if the one unit done so far had teething problems. Send them to NS Altoona for admiral cabs.
