Question (Physics) Question about "Load Sensing Device" in Route Riter .WAG File Editor...

    Hi,

In the .WAG File Editor of Route Riter (Correct Brakes Pro-version: Brake Types), to use "Load Sensing Device" equipment on a freight car (with loaded and empty .wag files) is it necessary to apply "LSD Fitted" only in the loaded version of the .WAG file ? Or "LSD fitted" setting must also be applied in empty version of the car ?

    Thank you for your answers.

By searching on the Train-Sim forum I finally found myself answer to my question...

    Hi Derek,

In fact it is an amalgamation of several information in three threads. Without being a specic response about "Empty/Load Device" (Route Riter .WAG File Editor: "Load Sensing Device"), reading these following threads explain many more aspects of the brake settings (which includes some answers to my question) :

    Thread: Maximum Brake Force Values
    https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/showth...e-Force-Values

    Thread: Prototypical MaxBrakeForce Setting?

Thread: Brake Physics Time--Plainsman/Real Engineers, Are you out there?
    https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/showth...-you-out-there

The informations in these threads are also very interesting as regards the brake physics in general. Thank you to those who contributed to these threads !
