In one sense of the word, I feel like I've just lost one of the members of my family. As vociferous as Otto was, and as frequent as he posted, I got so I knew his likes and dislikes, his passions and loves. He certainly helped me with mini-routes when I first got in, and in turn I was pleased to introduce him to Directory Opus, which he took to like a duck to water. Who of us won't miss those screenshots he'd take with the supersized blue lettering and arrows?

Hope to see you in the next world, my friend.

Otto, you'll be missed. Your dedication to helping out and finding ways to improve out hobby since its early days is part of what makes it enjoyable to so many.

My prayers go out to you and your family.

His son thanked us for helping him enjoy life. But Otto did more than that. He was a giant in this community. That was because he was helpful and innovative. I guess all of us are just enjoying life, but one can do it with nobility or with selfishness and he was one of the good ones.
