MaSzyna Train Simulator is a Polish train Simulator and has improved over the years and I decided to give it another go, glad I did because I am really enjoying it.
The graphics are not as good as some other simulators but this is free.
Line 61 is very good.

It will take a bit of patience to get it up and running.
Setting up loco's/Units can be a bit flustrating sometimes but stick with it and you will get there in the end.

When the Rainsted window is open first of all click the circled tab to check for Rainsted update.

For train/route updates click Dodatki tab, then click on "instalui ostatni wersje robocz scenerii" tab to update lines.
To update rolling stock etc click on each line(bottome left) to highlight it then click "Instaluj dodatek", work through the list.

When updating you will see the following if update available, click on "ok" then "Instaluj paczke".

This one is much easier to use, actually got into the game on a diesel loco.

Just need to read the manual now, for the key strokes to get moving etc.

Just downloaded the Simulator and only problem I have is that no matter what scenario I choose I am in the cab and it's pitch black inside and out, although I can see the lights on in buildings and signals as well. Is there a way to drive in daylight or am I missing something????

Different scenarios start at various times of the day, Mike.

Just go down the list on the left hand side of the launcher screen. Until you find one with a daylight starting time.

I just tried one in daylight and engaged the autopilot shift+q. So that i could just observe the route.

Hi Mike

Sorry to say that no matter the scenario I choose it starts with me in cab at night. If I move outside I can see the moon!!! so some how the program is insisting it is some timeat night even when I see in the autopilot its 13.40 it is still night for me??????
