Run8 Issues

Okay, I'm super new and already can't figure out why things are happening the way they are. Why would it say "invalid audio" when I load Run 8? My sound works fine for everything else? I didn't see any specific audio/sound requirements on the website.

two big issues in the Run8 main folder is a folder called Redistributables, make sure to run EVERY one of the installers in that folder even if you already have it

second make sure the transaction ID is entered properly
