Or assuming it has some vestige of ATC, AI cheerfully ignoring the instruction and ploughing into your own aircraft...

Oh and passengers walking on the taxiways and runways - whole new meaning to "follow me".

LOL That would be a true sight to behold.

It appears that once again they are going for the minor details to drag you in. Needles in the gauges wobbling, rain smacking the windshield. That's great. Does full flaps slow the aircraft or should I drop to notch 1 going uphill?

I can see it now. The plane is coming down taxiway and the pilot waves you to come aboard and take the controls of a 747. Personally I'll wait for the sucker that puts this on YouTube so I can get an explanation of what all those controls are supposed to be in the cockpit

    Thanks

    Are you kidding me?

Train Sim users who have been around since 2009 get a PAID ACCESS ONLY TWELVE DAY BETA and full MSRP for "TSW" but those who own Flight sim school get this Flight Sim world free? WOW. Good for those customers. <-- that I mean, genuinely.

As for dovetail, they've gotten their last penny from me. This disaster of a release that loyal RW customers paid for is abhorrent. There seems to be no consistency, no set guidelines. I should've gotten a refund when I had the chance.
I'm sure that they will really miss your money.

Out of curiosity, I just took a look at FS dot com. Seems a decidedly underwhelming reaction to the announcement, in fact hardly any discussion at all! Not checked A...m yet to see what reception the news is getting there.

You know what they say: Negative word-of-mouth spreads farther, faster, and is more permanent than positive word-of-mouth. And right now, DTG isn't exactly exemplary when it comes to reviews.

I wish them luck, X-Plane is way ahead of them based on the screenshots I've seen. It also looks like they are trying to curb DLC and limit it to Steam.
