There's just something about that FRESH sea breeze that hits your face as you exit a 3.47 mile long tunnel...

I don't think this scene needs much of a caption...

While waiting at Scribe Winery in the Eastern side of the town of Sonoma, I heard the NWP calling signals out of Middletown...I patiently watched and waited for the signals to change. They never did. Later that evening, the CFNR job has a crew and is getting ready to head out...The signals are lined up after the NWP dispatch is called and they're looking at a diverging clear out of Schellville.

    Regards,

    -Frank C.

For some, it's all about the hustle and bustle of running a hotshot or slow local across a line. For me, the scenery and chase are also very much part of the experience! Along with, WHERE do I eat?!

    Regards,

    -Frank C.

Love that trolley car grill - in Healdsburg? Here's a real one, in Castroville, CA, that I used to stop at for a greasy-spoon lunch when working the area in the 1970s. https://www.google.com/maps/@36.7641...7i16384!8i8192. Has a vaguely Hollywood-car look; I wonder...?

Not quite Healdsburg, but in the same county...
