Looks like it may be a) missing terrain file or files in the terrtex folder; b) corrupt world file or files; c) you are running out of memory when trying to run this route.

I'm sure others will provide further information and possible reasons that can cause this.

Hope so... but how to know exactly which file/files are possibly missing? Is there any hint to get it,any kind of software which can detect and replace the file? Or which files are responsible for the green terrains used in routes so that i can put it to respective folder and check whether it is solved or not

Do you have Bin installed? It's a free and nowadays practically essential MSTS upgrade, available as a free download from this site. The original MSTS has a problem called the great white void, which you would enter when crossing, I think, a UTC boundary in the MSTS world. Bin cures this, I am told (I believe it, I just haven't built a route that crosses a UTC line since Bin was introduced).

That looks like an OR screen (the exhaust puffs and the big black dot underneath are a giveaway) that was strangely labelled "MSTS". A terrific way to present your problem, btw.

What tile sizes does the route use? There has been a problem lately where a few indian route builders are using tiles sizes that exceed OR's known specs. I guess their eyes are bigger than their tummys. Something you IR fans who use OR need to be screaming at them to stop doing.

I did installing the MSTS Bin but it doesn't fit to solve this problem!

Pardon, I didn't get your point. How to know the tile size?? I can't even solved this problem by re-installing the route though....how i supposed to know what exact file is misplaced or from where that is responsible for the ground?

Of course not! MSTS Bin is not used at all in Open Rails. I understand the problem of displaying not fully divided and populated tiles is being looked Into by the guru's.
You may have success if you try TSRE5 This new editor has the ability to create tiles (or a route) very quickly.
It may be able to fix those oversize tiles . . . make backups first!
