    Default DARv3 Digby to Weymouth

    Hi All,

Seventeen more miles of the DAR completed, next stop Church Point!

Train 1 and 2 meet at Digby each day and at 1250, they go their separate ways.

In the early 1970s the DAR closed and leveled most station along the line, for a lot of them like Acaciaville, the nearest crossing became the station.

North Range became another crossing without a station.

Plympton as well. The station was just outside these communities. Most were just a passing siding used as the team track and little more.

    Train 1 arrives at Weymouth.

Weymouth was one of the few to keep it's station until it too was removed in the mid 80s.

Just south of the station the DAR crosses the Sissiboo River over a 1277 foot bridge.

Nice work of your route, DARv3. Looking forward to this download when it's available in the file library. It's cool to see the RDC in Canadian route. Keep up good work on your route, Paul.

    Hi John,

This brings we up to MP 40 out of 86. The next 40 are pretty rural, so go quickly, then there's Yarmouth which will probably take four months.
