    Hi,
The only time I've seen mention of Route_Riter giving a 1001 error is in a post in this Forum, dated 2002!! This referred to a very early version of R_R.

You need to give more information - what version of R_R are you running, which Operating System are you using.

Although I've not found it necessary, if you are running a 64-bit OS, I suggest you try installing the 32-bit version of Java.

    Cheers,
    Ged

    Hi,
Can I suggest that you install Mike's last version (7.6.26) and see if you get the same error messages. Download file RR7626FU.zip from here : http://www.rstools.info/downloads-1.html

    Cheers,

I did as you suggested, now I only get the 380 error? It still cannot find Java,I might not have done the environment correctly, maybe I should take the entry out?
