[NOOB] How do i export my locomotive model to Railworks?

Hello everyobody, i create a loco model for Railworks, but i don't really know how to export it.
And by exporting i mean, getting it in game, work-able, drive-able.
Can somebody point me to a tutorial? I have searched EVERYWHERE but i can't find nothing, or either im too dumb to notice it.
Im using 3DSMAX
