I've been working on this route for a while now. It includes The Erie Mining Co./LTV Steel Railroad (depending on the era), and Nothshore Mining's rail line in Northeast Minnesota. LTV is set sometime before 1994, when the Dunka Branch was abandoned. Northshore is set in the present day, as the second track was removed beyond milepost 25, probably in the early '90s.
Track is done, but a slight rework of Taconite Harbor may be necessary. Mileposts are in, along with most of the few roads there are. Below is a screenshot of each: a loaded Northshore train passing under the bridge at County Road 15, and an empty LTV train crosses Cramer Road.
