Cab Zooming

Hello all, is it possible to zoom in in the cab view like Train Simulator? I'd still like to keep the wipers/window frames visible just loss the controls/dash. I know you can Shift+1, but that's not really the view I'm looking for. If it's possible can I edit the cab view to hide the controls/dash? Thanks.

Hello!

MSTS uses 2D cabs which are static pictures with control animations and indicators added in-game. Therefore, to change what you see in-game, you have to edit the cab in a picture editor.

No, not really.

You can use MSTS Cab Editor to edit a cab. Cab comprises of a background static picture which I mentioned earlier, and control animations.

You have to use a photo editor (I work in Photoshop) to create background static picture of a cab (and, if necessary, certain control animations, like throttle or brake levers). After you have a ready background picture of a cab (and control animations), you use MSTS Cab editor to put everything together (you set things up, like the position of the control animations on the screen etc.)
