Engineer: Well, what about the bogies?
Fireman: Everything is good on the Soviet mailnlines!
Engineer: In five minutes we are departures after troop train. Have you seen how much of equipment is loaded on this train?
Fireman: I do not envy them. When I was a conscript, we rode an even longer troop train, but it's a not exercise they have a combat chemical mission!

I have already explained earlier about it - I imagine FBL as railway in ex-USSR middle Asian countries - Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or Turkmenistan, also small deserts are in Kalmykia and Astrakhan region of Russia (near the Kazakhstan border), when weren't many Russian routes for MSTS FBL was very popular among the Russian MSTS fans and they imagine FBL as middle Asian route.

Full Bucket Proving Ground I imagine as "71rd Missile Testing Centre" (chemical and engineering detachments of this centre were loaded to troop train) - reference to Baykonur Cosmodrome (Soviet equivalent of Cape Canaveral) in Kazakhstan or Kapustin Yar missile polygone (Soviet equivalent of White Sands) in Astrakhan region of Russia. If you noticed, I did a little work in Route Editor - you can see some Russian-style buildings and even helicopter, also I changed caraspawn.dat adding there Soviet cars.

Frampton: on the approach to Simoville, coming soon departure of train with ballast and spare track From Lake Hurst.
Shift supervisor: do not forget to report regularly movement of all emargency trains!
