    Probably going to get it in the neck for saying this.

    But North American addons for Trainz, both freeware and payware.

    Seem to be far superior in quality, to anything for the UK.

    I've never considered using Trainz before, but those screenshots & YouTube video sure make a compelling argument!

    About upgrades and TANE, just remember, that there's no such thing as an overpowered system. If you want the best image quality, and use some aggressive settings, it will consume everything you throw at it, no matter how powerfull your system is.
    Buy the best hardware you can afford.

    Hi Paul ,

    Nor did I, until I tried TANE a few months ago. I bought some of the previous versions of the game, but ditched them immediately, without ever looking back. They looked horrible on my system, and not even worth whining about.
    Try TANE, you might like it. If not, throw it away .
