    Default Northwest Line (FAN03.ZIP)

Hello all, I have seen the nice pics regarding the NWL V-6 in the Forum and thought I would download it.

I did and followed the enclosed instructions, but it would seem that I am missing something, there are no "Textures" for the included Shape Files. There is a very small Batch File that I also ran.

Do I need to have Version 3 already installed to utilize V-6? The instructions are kind of ambiguous. I searched for the earlier route, but it is nowhere to be found. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

    Hi Don6218,

Did you download all three files? nwl66.zip, nwl66textures_a.zip and nwl66textures_b.zip

Hey Don, just to let you know. The uploaded files are from 2007. The recent shots in the ORTS forum are from a re-construction I'm working on and looks nothing like the old drivel, default ridden and lo-res garbage that's in these zip files hehe. But i guess you'll get a general idea of what this fictional route is about.

Rory, am I correct that the Northwest line was extensively reworked to produce the fictional Cascade & North Western (CNW)?
    Just wondering about the history.

The UP Northwest line out of Chicago? That would be Neil's backyard But I guess the NWl could fit that description to some degree.

The fictional C&NW is a reworking of the original fictional ADFRR by Robert Reedy.

Yes, all three. I guess it is one of those that got away. No worries, I have enough to keep me busy.

BTW, anyone know what happened to the Redo of Blackfoot? The newer one?

Thank you Baldwin, I mixed up the C&NW with Fan03.zip, both fictional.

Thank you for that! I did not realize there was some "New" additions to that list.

I guess I will have to start scrolling to the bottoms more often! ;-)
