Default ORTS Route--Mlwcoa2 Of The Milwaukee Road

Hello, no problem downloading and installing this new route. My question is about looking at it. There is "Test/Introductory Activity.

When using OR to "Explore" the route, usually you can select a Consist and do some exploring. The "Buttons" on the OR page are soft, not available, for Starting At - Heading To. Are there no defaults for this to do the exploring without setting up a New Activity?

I am not good at Activities, have tried it and failed miserably, plus I do not have the knowledge. I would like to explore this fine route, or do I have to wait until someone makes some activities? Do any of the ones from the other Milwaukee Routes work? I have all the needed rolling stock and Locomotives from the other two routes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, or if someone could PM me a "test" activity.

    Thank you all.

I put a couple paths together using the Track Viewer that comes with OR. Easy peasy, might want to give it a try.
Here are a couple just to wet your whistle.

They go in the routes PATHS folder.

Thank you for that Randy. Looks like a Go!

I tried using it a couple of times, never worked out. Maybe I will give it another try.

Don, here is a decent video that shows you how to make basic paths using Track Viewer. I used it some 4 years ago to learn myself.

    Hi

any chance of uploading them to the F/L, or restoring the files on the link.

    It would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

Thank you for this link Mark. Once I tried it to correct a situation it actually worked!
So even corrections to exisiting activities are possible, I didn't touch the other paths, this one was CN149 on Niagara Corridor. Three trains were locked on one track in the original, now by starting the Player train on an adjacent track all three trains are through!
