Default RWA Lakeside Route in TS2019

    Good Day:
I just found this GEM, the Lakeside Route. I could kick myself for not finding it earlier. I am just wondering if anybody has been running this Route in TS2019? I spent the whole weekend reading stuff on the Web about it, but could not find any post about running it in TS2019. I read all the flame posts etc. about TS2019 and it's problems with, with editor, but also there where many great shots.

As a Yooper from the Gogebic Range from a farm right next to the old DSS&A tracks, this Route, although a fictional mix, has brought back many memories. Any help is appreciated. Take Care, Stefan

    It works perfectly in RW/TS2019.

    Hi Folks,

    Here's a video on TS19 - if you can stomach the distracting "selfie" camera - I can't...

This isn't the route the OP refers to.

Thank You for the feedback. I know I just missed the TS2019 sale over the weekend, but I will keep looking for another one. It looks like DTG / Steam have sales quite a bit. Take Care, Stefan

This route isn't for sale by DTG on Steam, Stefan. It was only sold on the Railworks America website as I'm sure some of the money was offset against the website running costs, so, even though it is a couple of year's old now, the guys over there would enjoy your donation, and you can also obtain a Payware freightcar pack, which I think is about 10 bucks, and the freeeware reskins that Wayne has given you the URL for, so, pretty good value for money all round I would say. I don't think you are likely to get it in a sale as they don't have them on the RWA website.

And it runs perfectly in TS19, I have even run a few trains in the 64bit version, although, that isn't very stable at the moment, an update is due from DTG in the next month, or, so, I understand.

    Cheerz. Steve.

    Steve:

Thanks for Your input. I guess I should have clarified more. I have been a MSTS "Lifer" and do not own TS2019. I know I have to buy the Lakeside Route from RWA & TS2019 from DTG /Steam. I just need to be careful with money, I have medical issues. So I need to buy everything I need, so I get the biggest bang for the buck. I just wanted to make sure before I took the plunge. Thanks again for Your help.
    Take Care, Stefan

Well, I'm sat at home all day long as I'm a Cancer patient, and I am very scrooge-like with my money, Stefan, so, I understand you completely. I would suggest you obtaining the base game in the Easter Sale at the end of April from Steam, or, if you want it sooner you could get it from one of the 3rd party websites that sell keys at cheap prices that you can then activate on Steam, you could get a TS2016/17/18 version cheaply and then let Steam upgrade it for free when you install it to bring it up to today's version, they can be very good value at the moment, up to 75% off the MRP, so, possibly something to consider, are you in America as I'm unsure what the currency conversion rate is like these days, but, discount is discount, it's just a thought......

    Look after yourself.
