Wow, Olgilvie almost looks like the platforms were made to fit perfectly with the track.... but what's up with the ballast?

Well a major milestone has been made tonight. I have officially connected the 2 halfs of the route and now have the CP Mainline in from the Twin Cities to Chicago.

Well guys I have been back at it again but this time on my portion of the route. I have rebuilt the Twin Cities and western line from Cedar Lake Jct. all the way to Glencoe where the TC&W has there headquarters located. I have also started building another line that the TC&W own and operate that branches off at Norwood Young America that is ex Minneapolis and St Louis Railroad tracks. I have also discovered that I will have to rebuild most of the BNSF Hinckley Sub if not the whole thing as my track work is quite a bit off in a lot of places and the grades are off as well since I built most of it with the old route editor with only markers to go by at the time it was built.

I did do a version of Hinckley last summer. No guarantees of accuracy, but you can take a look if you'd like

That would be great and would save me a lot of time! I decided to just rip the whole route out because the track was way off and some of my grades were at 2 to 4% and that is really off. I built most of these routes with the old MSTS editor so with the new editor I am able to make it a lot more accurate. The other reason I am redoing most of these routes is because I have personally ridden on or railfaned many of them and know them all really well.

I was out at Hinckley yesterday between north of Cambridge and Bethel. I saw a train in the siding at Bether with two SD40-2s and ILSX 944 (a new SW rebuild, I'm guessing). Short and full of crossings as that siding is, I wasn't expecting that
