    Default CB&Q Graybacks

A trio of 'grayback' EMD F units lead a Burlington mixed freight at an unspecified location in these images from the 1960s. Beginning in the late 1940s the CB&Q relied heavily on these machines for more than two decades, with the last unit leaving the roster in 1970.

A testament to a great route. Looks good with and without wires! Great shots, Tim.

    Hi Tim,

Looks REALLY good... If you’re into modding routes - TSRE makes it so simple to paint miles of ROW in a single mouse click - there’s really no reason not to do it anymore - a couple of good ROW/Ballast textures would kick that route up another notch... If you ever decide to try it - I could send some ROW/Ballast textures your way and point you in the right direction if unfamiliar...

    Regards,
    Scott
