Default Navs 40-50 foot replacement shapes

    Has anyone else noticed this.

In the pictures below the cars are going through a # 10 switch, also happens on curves of medium to sharp radius.

Is there a fix for this?

The strange thing is that it's an Open Rails thing. If you run them in MSTS the trucks work fine.

Does anyone have contact with Erick, to see if he knows this OR issue with NAVS?

    Hi Rick,

Erick is pretty active over on Elvas - see his "NAVS Spam Thread"...

    After more testing issue solved.

    I was using Release v8.0 Build v123x.

The latest full release does not have this issue.

Good thing its fixed. Those types of low speed yard/switch derails (wheels straddle the rail) are a royal pain the butt to block back onto the rail.

as shown in the OR screenshot section I am trying to convert the East Coast 40ft boxcar pack 1 using the NAVS replacement shapes. Not having much luck. Trying to convert ACY40ftb_772 using Gosskit_40_No3D_noSpec_Plain.s. In the Read me "the only files from the original car are PS140ftA.ace and PS140B.ace". These 2 files are not in the folder for these cars so where do I get them from. If the procedure is not too long and complicated could someone give me a step by step on what to do to make these conversions work. Thanks.

What are the textures for each car named, if not PS40ft1A and -B? I'd bet you'd have to either change the current name of the textures to what you need, or change the .s file to look for different textures

    Hi Don,
The PS140ftA.ace and PS140B.ace files are included in the fecbox01.zip download!

    Cheers,
    Ged
