    The East Coast 40ft boxcar pack only uses a single texture for each car in the pack, so does not conform to the requirements to use the NAVS conversion pack.
    Beer is not a matter of life or death, it is much more serious than that.

    Thanks for the replies:
    ebnertra000 - There is only 1 .ace file (ACY40ftb_772.ace) so I can't rename it A.ace and B.ace
    slipperman - copied those 2 files into the ACY_772 folder, shape viewer shows the FEC boxcar!
    baldwin - Thought that would be the problem so I am wondering how it was done by the ones that have converted them. That's why I was hoping that someone could give me a step by step to do the conversion.

    He has an early goss boxcar, they only used 1 ace instead of 2

    You can copy the ace file to the correct portions of the A & B aces of the newer model and then use the navs updated s files
