    Default Derailment on Horseshoe curve

    Happened about 20:40 on 7/5

    49 loads, 91 empties, 140 total, 8900 tons, SD70ACe/SD70M-2/SD70ACe on the point and NO HELPER

    The first 11 cars right behind the power stringlined.

    Unofficial cause is Precision Scheduled Railroading (what NS calls their TOPS21 operating plan)

    Maybe not a good idea to have empty flats at the head end on that grade? I have always understood that it should be loads at the front with empties behind.
