Nice screenies Vern, apart from that bloody EU flag on your truck.

Are there roads covered in snow to drive on ?

Yes best sunset\sunrise i have seen in a game buddy.

Only place I've encountered snow in ETS2 so far is Iceland. Didn't seem to affect handling at all. Do ETS2 and ATS actually support seasonal changes?

No, there's no official weather-related physics/handling changes. The only thing built into the game is wet road and dirt road handling, which do change with the conditions, and those are modified by your choice of tires.

There have been seasonal mods with some physics changes -- and because of that it's important to follow the modders' instructions as to where to place them in the mod load order, especially if you have any other "realistic" physics mods running. Physics is one of those places where incompatible mods can really make the game go wonky.

No need for a tyre chains mod then or DLC.

Might have to check those out Mike, look rather nice.

I refunded OMSI2, think I will be hanging on to see if SCS produce their mooted coach add on, sometime in the future.

I have been looking for rigid mods for ATS, without any luck Vern.

But i came across those and thought..............mmmmmm nice, could be a ETS2 re-install on the cards.

Yup i realise you refunded OMSI2 buddy. If the London addon seems worthwhile on release, i will probably buy OMSI2 and the addon.

We had two old coaches at Stagecoach, both 1970's P & R reg. They used to use them on fare stage services, when we were short of buses. I hated the damn things, with a vengeance.

Well I made it to the far north and found that dirt road. Well worth the trip! I just hope I can drag whatever cargo is waiting for me, back up that hill!
