Lovely screenies Vern, ETS2 scenery is gorgeous, where as ATS it gets to be a bit repetitive.

I only told you to blow the doors off.

I haven't been to Sardinia or Limerick yet. Also haven't tried cruise control, all my trucks are limited to the EU mandatory 56mph

Where as in ATS, some freeways have truck limits of 80mph.

My lips are sealed in regards the toll dodging. But don't try ramming a barrier, they are very solid.

In regards both games the only down side for me is the brainless AI. But apart from that, far more fun than any of the train games.

Come on now buddy, you know you want the money & xp mods. LOL

I have more mods installed than official dlc. Jazzycats AI traffic mods are a must, motorcycles, trucks, buses, classic cars.

https://ets2.lt/en/?s=jazzycat There are a couple of pages.

I have all these freeware ones installed as well Vern, scroll down.

Sound like some worthwhile mods. I'll check them out once my current task finishes.

No worries Vern, have to be careful because some mods mess up the game.

But all the ones i have installed, do not cause me any problems.

DB Creation mods need to be at the top of the mod manager and in the order they state in their readme.

Jazzycat mods i place after all the ProMods stuff.

Purchased a big garage in Linz on my way to Tel Aviv, still 2,500 miles to go.

Plus 5x drivers with 5x Sisu M trucks (Finnish make). Rolls Royce engines and all to the same spec and company livery.

Just been through Maribor, wherever that is.

Over 3,500 miles so further than Tel Aviv.

Upgraded with all the trimmings and Western Welsh company livery.

Honningsvag pretty much takes you to the top of the world - that's where I posted screens from earlier last week.

Coolio................."look at me ma i'm on top of the world"

Nice one Vern, probably 2x penguins and a polar bear and nothing else there.

I had to ditch my metallic red livery, does strange things in game.

Metallic red first piccie in rear view mirrors, looks blue.

Repainted the whole fleet in Western Welsh bus red.

After driving on the continent it seemed strange to be back in the UK as I transited to Eire. Mind the developers and ProMods have done a good job of showing how poor British roads are compared to the rest of Europe. Narrow lanes, tight corners, roundabouts you literally cannot get around without either scraping the trailer or knocking down the road signs. The plus point is, plenty of 60 MPH running on motorways and dual carriageways compared to largely 50 MPH in Europe.

Good luck on your long trip north!
    Vern.
