The first one Mike, MAZ_6422.scs. Perhaps it is an older version, not compatible with 1.36.

In the meantime, found this video clip of a lovely old Scania plying one of my favourite roads in the sim:

Did your Maz 6422 download as a 7z file Vern, with 2 extra dlc files. You might need them to enable customising the truck.

What did you get from PM buddy, not sure if you mean truck or map mod sorry.

EDIT: Try this one Vern, been working for me since December.

I'll give that a try later Mike.

The one I downloaded that crashed the game was already in scs format.

The next was the rar file that 7z couldn't unpack.

    Both from ProMods.

    Hopefully third time lucky...

Ok Vern, i never think of downloading other mods from PM site.

I have two versions of that same truck installed. But i know the original was the 5.12.19 one and i have it running as AI driver controlled, 10x of them.

This is a pick up in Volgograd, big city area by ETS2 standards.

Up and running now Mike, thanks. Just moved myself to Murmansk so I can work the north a little bit!

Lovely job Vern, stay off the Russian convoys though.

It's a lovely truck to drive, great engine sound and the physics seem better than the default - even with the most powerful engine fitted it slogs up the hills, particularly hauling a heavy digger behind!

You like that one then Vern.

I like all the Maz and Kamaz trucks in game.
