    Default DEMEX in Library

Just wondering what people are to do with the DEMEX in the library of they don't have a reg key?

If you use the website addresses in the Readme, they do go to the site but all the links there are "Not Found". If you don't have a key you can not save your work in DEMEX, making it useless.

IIRC, it was put there for people who had the key but could not make the original old 16 bit installer work on win10.

OK, wasn't sure. I'm trying to help someone create terrain for a new route and he almost had it but couldn't save it.

Anyone know if you can still buy this to get a reg key?

There was a method through SWREG if you had the links. But those links are now dead. John C. Stanford was able to help me out with a code for all three. Try contacting John at dem_exAThotmail.com Replace AT with @. But it's been almost a decade now since I ordered them.

Worth probably mentioning, if you email the owner of www.UKTrainsim.com he can issue you a key code for TSTools2. https://www.uktrainsim.com/filelib-i...rm_fileid=5987

Another option might be MSTS/Trainz TS TerraForm 5.0.1 Utility here in the file library. Also available from www.UKTrainsim.com There might be some tutorials on UKTS.

If you use TSRE it will convert height files into MSTS format, both standard format terrain.

Getting "quality" HGT files, sadly.... is a moving target.

    Hi

I am the one Paul is trying to help. When i start the program, i get a registration panel. As i dont have a key, a click on the "Unregistered Mode" button. I can select my route, import the terrain files, but the "Save as" is always not selectable. I understand that using that version limits the feature...is saving a limited feature? If it is, i will try another program.

    Thanks

    Michel

Save only works in the registered version.
