    Default Up 4014

Went out to watch it run this weekend. Had my son ride in the bed of my 1957 Ranchero so we could pace it for a short distance then later from the ground.

Thanks Neil, you have no idea how hard it was to find locations were there wasn't 100's of people, I spent all morning scouting. My son did the videos, I was just the wheel man .

Same deal when the Challenger rode through here last July. I was amazed at the masses of people for miles, yet somehow, other than people on an overpass, I have no people at ground level in my pictures obstructing or interfering at all with the train. Never would have thought that would happen
Of course, I walked up the track a little way, and "hid" behind a signal box.

Yes it was. My wife rode with me inside the car, her yelling hurry and my son yelling slow down Both of my boys rode the Challenger with me.
