Anyone else get a virus message after downloading this file?

Fine here, most likely a false positive.

Exactly where did you download it from? im very certain it aint from here, since the file library is always clean... did you download it from other untrusted sites? i know a few.....

Hi, The files were scanned with AVG before I uploaded them.

Some AV programs don't like the Click Team installers I use for packaging large releases.

Nels Anderson also scans anything uploaded for viruses.

    I'm pretty sure they're clean.

Thanks guys, I downloaded the file from trainsim. Ran a virus scan afterwords and nothing was found on my machine.

Just an odd message, never had a problem like this. Must be a false positive as mentioned above.

    No problem.

It's a tough call to use auto installers. They can generate false positives sadly. Some AV programs are almost too sensitive.

Yes. When the alternative is to write detailed installation instructions then have someone post "How do I install this?"

    Charles, That's a good point.

I did have some issues with such instructions as no one followed them.

Hence, That is why I like the auto installer files. The user only has to select the right directory during install. Can't bungle that up too much thankfully.
