CEFX Leasing, along with CITX Leasing, both leased former CP and UP SD9043MAC's (since then repainted in maroon, and also, in blue CiT Leasing paint) for use on iron-ore hauling on the CN Missabe Sub in northern Minnesota, however the only SD70's they ever leased were SD70M-2's for CP and CN coal hauling operations in Canada. Those days are long gone now that CP and CN have been involved in the rebuild program for their new locomotive fleets (CP owns the AC44CWM and GP30C-ECO rebuilds) while CN is currently in the process this month of purchasing twenty SD70ACe-T4's from Progress Rail/EMDX.

BNSF sent some of their SD70MAC's, SD75I's and SD75M's to Northtown Yard, in Minneapolis, MN, to be rebuilt into SD70MACe's, with the SD75's repainted in their H4 paint scheme.

I would consider repainting your blank SD70MACs in the ex-CSX/PRLX paint scheme, since CSX did sell some of their SD70MAC's to Progress Rail. CSX used the rest of its SD70MAC fleet for rebuilding into SD70MACe's.

Sir, I think the sensible thing to do is to work with the SD70MACs from this set.

This contains a variety of CSX SD70MACs in YN2 and YN3, and they're freely usable for freeware projects.

Engine files can be found various places in the file library.

CSX_SD70MAC_4787 is available in the F/L as a shape file in the CSX Files Set. The blanks for it are also in the F/L as well. I'm pretty sure the SD70MAC blank textures go with the CSX shape I mentioned.
