CN ES44 Cab question

I am not sure if I have to install all the required files before move to Common.Cab folder in TRAINS Folder. Here are the required files that I just downloaded from the file library.

es44cab
es44cabpatch11
es44cabpatch12
es44cn-swfix

Those cab work are done by Borislav Miletić.

Let me know which files do I have to install and all I want is es44cn.

I have decided not to install them because I was looking at the screenshots and show different cab that I was expecting. All the files are in Recycle Bin.

Take a look at Borislav's most recent ES44 cab: ortsevolutionseriescab.zip

This one is specifically for Open Rails, but it's the best one in the business. The only ES44 cabs I use are from this pack.

Yes that is the cab I found for the replacement in the MRL ES44 units, it is a very well done cab!
