    Default Sea View Problem

    Hi all,

I've installed the Sea View route on my computer and I'm having a problem with some of the rolling stock. In particular, the cab view of doodlebug svr # 57 does not display any pointers. The cabview file seems to have all the pointer ace files and the cvf file does not call for any other default files to be present such as the the gp38 or dash9.

    I would appreciate any help.

Ok just hold on. I'll test it myself. Did you follow the exact orders in the readme?

I followed all directions in the readme. I didn't mention in the first post that I am running Sea View under Open Rails.

The open rails log file will tell you what the missing file is?

You need to load the ace files into TGATool2 and save the file without mipmaps selected. OR doesn't like the non square ace files as they are saved in the doodlebug file. non square files must not have mipmaps. From the OR log file.

Thanks for the info. I just downloaded TGATool2 and I'll see what happens.
