Rail stand wanted with 39ft rail section?

Looking for something like this concrete rail stand for strategically placed replacement rail sections.

This rail rack or stand is a common object along the Jing Ping pass route in China.

I’d have to look, but I did some US style ones made from rail sections.

This would be a really simple project for learning Sketchup or Blender. Couple of cubes for the supports, and an extruded rail cross section...

I'd take a stab at it in TSM if I knew some basic dimensions. I'm terrible at guestimates!

Some of the ones I have in my shapes folder are,
