    Default In-sim Hot Keys

    I think I recall that "Shift Z" activates the FPS indicator, but I also think there are hot keys for:

    * Compass (lat/lon)

    * Bounding Boxes

    * ??

    Is there a list of the in-sim hot keys available somewhere?

    Thanks for any input.

    * Bounding Boxes Nada

    * ?? If you mean HELP by ?? then the key is F1

    Is there a list of the in-sim hot keys available somewhere? In the tri-fold that came with the CDs

    Thanks for any input.

    Hi Andre,
    To show the Bounding Boxes when in an activity, or Explore mode, press [Ctrl&NumPad+] to toggle ON/OFF

    Thanks Charles and Ged.

    Zero = Compass

    "Ctrl (number pad) +" = Bounding Boxes

    ?? meant = Any other keys?

    I think I still have the sleeves (tri-fold?) that the CD's came in along with my original CD's. I'll look to see more in-sim Hot Keys are listed.

    Making notes this time. (Should have years ago!) Thanks again!

    Andre, check your PM inbox.

    Ged, Display of Bounding Box was not on the Keyboard Shortcuts side of the Trifold. Actually there were no shortcuts that involved using the number pad listed. Was that a bin addition?

    No, mate, it's included in my "bin-less" default v1.2 installation!
    Ctrl + NumPad 4 toggles the Alerter
    Ctrl + NumPad 5 toggles Collisions (although I suppose that is for use with RE)
    Ctrl + NumPad - is an odd one! It toggles a right-angled line on each vehicle (maybe an unfinished Kuju function?!)

    And where is that documented? It is not in F1 Help or in F11 Operations Notebook > Key Commands or Procedures buttons.

    Hi Charles,
    I haven't seen it documented anywhere!

    The keystrokes for the Bounding Boxes display was, I believe, posted on this site several years ago, but the others are what I've found by pressing buttons!! I don't know if the Alerter and Colisions keystrokes actually work, but a message flashes up in the top left corner of the screen.

    Cheers,
    Ged

    Hi Charles,
    How true!! Documenting always seems a more onerous task than programming
