Dimensions for EMD cab controllers.

I'm trying to obtain the width and height of the hinged backplane that the Throttle, Dynamic and Reverser levers are bolted to, on a EMD (SD40-2 type) locomotive.

Also the height of the 'older' style Westinghouse 26L type train brake controller body, as well as/or the independent brake controller body.
