The attached picture is not big enough to be able to read.
And the log file has no useful information.

Did these tracks have interactives on them while they were being deleted? If so, you are the proud new owner of a completely destroyed route.

If you have a backup (you do, don't you?), you could try replacing the route's tsection (NOT THE GLOBAL TSECTION - they are very different) with the backed up version. That may fix it, unless you've removed some dynamic track pieces in the process of deleting your tracks

Last time I saw this error, the route tsection.dat had been overwritten by the global tsection.dat.

Check and report the sizes of the route tsection, and the global tsection.

The size of route tsection.dat is 15kb
The size of global tsection.dat is 5178kb

It may be that you have an old global tsection, install tsection 54 from the library here:- https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/tslib....ight&fid=35016

    Or TSRE has messed up.

Maybe I think I am missing a track file and that is the dynamic track piece. Do you know the file name of dynamic track piece.

A route that was built in an installation with the default \GLOBAL\TSection.dat AND the route has Dynamic Track installed the ROUTES (the local) TSection.dat has certain unique characteristics.

The NECv4 route is a perfect example of this! IDK if the OP's route was built this way. This is only to alert you to the possibility.

If you attempt an edit in an installation that has the new Standardized TSection.dat you will destroy the route if you edit with either the MSRE or with TSRE!

The ROUTES local TSection.dat file MUST be re-indexed using the Horace Utility before any editing is performed..
I'm guessing that something like this may have happened here.

And the advice given earlier in this thread applies: NO interactives allowed on a Track Vector being edited!
    Remove them first.
    Be sure to have backups.
