Is this able to make new consists? If so, how?

I downloaded TSRE5, I looked through the manual(So please don't go telling me to read that!!!)

I can't find anything on how to make new consists with this... Much less open any dedicated Consist Editor to begin with. The manual only states about placing and adding consists to the RE.

With ConBuilder no longer for sale, I was hoping this would be an alternative, but so far I'm absolutely having no luck. As well as all the dedicated links on Goku's site, pertaining to the 'getting started' and such reach a 404 error

Create a desktop shortcut to TSRE5 program executable wherever you installed TSRE5.

Name this shortcut whatever you like, maybe something like TSRE-CE(?)

Highlight this shortcut with the mouse cursor.

Right mouse click and then left click properties.

In the target window/line where it shows the path to where TSRE5 executable is (for example, if TSRE5 is installed in C: drive then it would show something like c:\TSRE5_0.698.exe, where the 0.698 is the version number), add a space after the TSRE5_0.698.exe, then type in --conedit.

So the shortcut to TSRE5 in the properties target window should look something like C:\TSRE5_v0.698.exe --conedit

Click to "Apply" this change and then click OK in the properties dialog box.

Double click this desktop shortcut icon to start the consist editor.

Browse to where the "Trains" folder is located in your computer, and then select it and then select "load".

Done!

In the folder where you installed TSRE is a file named Consisteditor.bat. Click on it.
Should be pretty self explanatory from there on.

You have download the TSRE.exe file and then run it...first time it will finish populating its folder. Inside the folder is a "ConsistEditor.bat" file ( mentioned elsewhere in the thread ) you can make a shortcut to this file on your desktop, Running it, a TSRE window will open and you will need to point this to a directory containing the ROUTES and TRAINS folders.
