Has anyone built a set like this yet? Birds...any type. Ravens..crows...geese etc. I'm looking for some made already.

I got bird sounds, but no animated birds in the sky yet. It's not a great demand to have on my part yet. Just curious.

You could try making a carspawner file with birds in it and maybe assign it to some invisible roads in the sky.
Build a loop on the ground and then raise it up high.

Doesn't the Blue Comet Route have birds circling, and maybe one of the Whitefish routes, or Goldspike? Use Rick's flying saucer and substitute a very large bird.

The Blue Mountains route has an animated bird called au_galah_anim.S that flies in a circle. Version2 of the route is here in the download library, blumtns.zip

Mid East Plus, a UK route, has these and Mick Clarke built that years ago so they must have been around for some time. I'll try and find them in that route. He used one with Seagulls and I seem to remember they were suitably noisy!

Interesting. I also like different things in the scenery.
I will also see the suggested suggestions.

Just reread the OP and would point out that there ARE birds (not animated) in the UKTS library.
