    David, Doug, The cars in question obviously unload through the bottom and have sloping ends and sides.

    However if the builder called 'em Gondolas there's no criticism of Paul for labelling them as such.

    After all the builders back then couldn't have known what relevance that would have to a "Computer" (let alone a Personal Computer) with a "File Library" of "Virtual Models" with a "Search Engine" that depended upon their classification.....

    NEITHER would I think would they have given a flying fig anyway???? LOL!

    They might though, have understood that if you lost your cat you wouldn't be chasing after any dogs that you saw

    Not Maybe. They were specifically built for gypsum service on the DAR.
