    Default Questions Regarding Powers

I've noticed some First Class members, such as BNSF1959 might end a discussion with the word, "LOCKED"

Do First Class members have the ability to lock threads, and other than mods and admin, who can lock threads.

BNSF1959 was a longtime moderator here until he passed away a few years back.

First Class members is only for faster downloads in the file library. I do have the ability to lock threads, even infract and ban members...

Those who violate the community standards or board rules will rack up infraction points based on the severity. Get enough infraction points and you'll be restricted on what you can post.

Call someone a ****** and you'll get a few points.

Advocate piracy, you'll get a bunch more points.

Call the moderator a ********* and you'll probably get a ban.

    There is no such verb.
You cannot "infract" someone......or anything, for that matter.
I think you are trying to make a verb out of "infraction", the noun.

But I won't call you a ********* on this occasion.

Easy now Bruce you are walking a fine line. You don't want someone to infract you.

Could be painful at your time of life.

"It's English Bruce....But not as we know it" ......that's know it in "The Empire" of course Bruce LOL! ......or as it came to be called in my "stardate" The Commonwealth

Chill out Eric most of us know what a thankless task it is. Ever been a Trade Union Rep? That's unpaid voluntary work and you get to be hated by everyone then .......but it only smarts when you get it from those you're trying to help.

They don't talk like what we do, in the Colonies.

If i hear another idiot on tv starting a sentence with "I mean".

They even do it on the news. Together with all this hand gesticulating, drives me mental.

We were taught in school, if you cannot talk without using your hands. Then you are not very articulate.
