    Yes, I do plan on releasing. I just need to make sure I have everything needed except for the shape files in a folder. I may need help with the ReadMe. If someone can help me with that, it would help a lot. Just send me a private message. Plus if anyone wants to or if they need tested out before uploading, just send me a message.
