Understandable if you use a laptop and have a bubba, Steve.
I personally could not use a laptop for anything, never mind gaming, buddy.

Really wish we could get a proper bus sim some day that isn't just another one of these generic German ones (with exception to OMSI which is amazing, despite the terrible game engine). This one looks like another pass from me.

Back in the day, I had a lot of fun with Tokyo Bus Guide on the Dreamcast. As with Densha de GO!, it was a little arcadey given the same roots, but the presentation was absolutely flawless. You got a real sense of weight behind the bus and its size and performance, and soon you'd be making skillful maneuvers past parked cars or handling tight corners perfectly.
SCS' own "Bus Driver" felt like a low rent clone of it, but it seems to have been a valuable learning opportunity for them nonetheless. I had some fun with it but it didn't grab my attention for long:

Yeah I remember Tokyo Bus Guide, had it on the PS2 I think, can't remember much about it as seems so long ago now but yeah was fun at the time.
I still think OMSI is the best so far and it was a shame that support stopped when the team broke up, it could of grown to be so much better.

There are now trailers for two of the four manufacturers, Grande West and Blue Bird:

Odd choices, as Grande West is a very new and very small manufacturer of niche buses (small and mid-size), while Blue Bird is famous for their school buses but hasn't made a transit bus for North America in over a decade (the Sigma model here is made for export only, likely in part due to it being high floor only)
You also get to see some of the game in action (and from those glimpses, it looks like more of the same - plastic fantastic graphics, bad physics, very little traffic, that feeling that the devs have never been to NA)
Still hoping they can pull off a surprise here.

Thanks for the links Steve. Deffo still no interest after watching them.
But thanks buddy.

Think I'll stick with dropping my money into TSW2 and Run8, plus the truck sims, for the time being.

Skipped through it... Looks reasonable but from what I can see there are no hills or gradients the entire world looks flat - correct me if I'm wrong.

The Grande West Vicinity bus is kinda interesting to me cause my city runs a few of those on the less frequently serviced routes but the game definitely looks like it was made by developers who have never actually ridden public transit in North America before. Far too clean, plastic looking and generic. Definitely more of the same.
