I have tried accessing TS2021 via Steam, 64 bit and it is hung up at the start up point. I was able to access and run TSW from Steam. Anybody else having a problem with TS2021?

Did you try verifying TS2012?

No I haven't. I had the IT person from the company I work with install something. I think he had to turn off my firewall. I don't know if something changed when he installed some software. TS 2021 was working for me last week. I just noticed this problem this week.

I eventually tried a couple of things to get ne going again. (1st) I created a restore point on my laptop to before the program installation in question by my IT person. TS2021 would still not load. (2) I uninstalled TS 2021 and reinstalled it. Did a reboot and now TS 2021 is working again.
