Seligman Warbonnet Color Update

[SD40-2]

I was never a big fan of the colors used on the Seligman C44-9Ws and FP45s. Far too orangey and dull for being freshly painted units. I fixed them some time ago, but I haven't really asked about uploading them.

Would anyone like these? I understand that both the FP45s and C44-9Ws are in the ATSF Seligman Version 2 route TS sells, so they'd be of use to everyone who owns that route, and the original.

Thanks you all. I uploaded them to Train-Sim. Look for atsf_tex_update.zip in the file library.

I also threw in a fix to add the missing brakewheel to the B40-8s.
