In the Assets folder: \STEAM\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC
I have up to 3 entries for the Class 117
Class 117Pack01
Class 117Pack02_NetworkSE
Class 117Pack03
As they are in the RSC folder they must have been provided by DTG/RSC at some time around 2014.

I looked in my RSC assets folder, but I don't see the aforementioned folders. Can you tell me which route they play on?

The Class 117 was an individual item of DLC on Steam going back to 2014, Grant, it isn't available any more, the Packs 2 and 3 were reskins sold on Marketplace, using the 117 as a base, obviously they are no longer there either now. I presume the 117 is the same one bundled with the North Somerset Route, I don't know of any other one for sale nowadays.
