I wish for a high-detail route set in the Northeast. Anywhere in the Northeast. It could be the Water Level route, the Southern Tier, the
    Anthracite region, anywhere.

The Boston Line would be so perfect as a commercial add-on. Additional sets could be brought out afterward for pre-Conrail, early-Conrail, late-Conrail, and after-Conrail; potentially four additional equipment sales for each copy of the route sold!

PRREast V2 does a pretty good job of that. While it is set in the PRR days it can also be used for modern activities. I have written a few myself which I plan to upload to the site at some point.

    I'll second that.

Commercial or freeware. Any CONRAIL era.

I would like to see a few things....

-The completion of the wonderful B&O West End route.
-Current standard GE U and Dash 7 series that can be reskinned
    -An updated Sandpatch route
-The B&O/CSX Cumberland Sub between Cumberland, MD and Brunswick, MD
    -Some updated steel making cars
