Hi all! I wanted to ask if RW can run on a PC with a 2 GB Ram and no GPU, when set to the lowest quality.

I'm not trying to be a smart ass, but... why would you want to? By the sounds of it, the computer you wish to use for TS2021 is so old that you would likely have difficulty running much of the DLC. The graphics would stutter like crazy. While the program may load (slowly), I think you would be very disappointed in the results.
