    Done!

The only thing I would point out, in the list of Rivet products owned none actually applied, but it wouldn't let me proceed until I ticked one.

Section that asked importance of each feature and only allowed one tick per importance was dumb.

Every feature was just as important to me as the others. All my answers would have been option 1

Good point Mike, that occurred to me as well, think I ended up bumping length of route and price towards the bottom which is not really the case. In fact you could argue the statements in that section are all equally important, if you're flogging a commercial product and the developer should know this. If I'm handing over £25 for a route, quality should not be sacrificed to give a longer stretch of line.

I ticked them all as most important (1), Vern. But then it would not let me progress. As you rightly say, length and quality are equally as important, hahahahaha oooooooooooer mrs.

I better shut up, i am getting evil eyes on N3V forum for suggesting there is not enough quality UK payware.

My sentiments exactly, you guys. I find the structure of these types of survey annoying.
It's like asking someone to rank the importance in their life of air, food and water.

Oxygen is obviously is the most important, the other two you can live without for a few days........

I answered all the questions, and made several comments, all very politely of course, as you would expect from me......

The biggest downer of Rivet (who I assume are the spin off or successor to Thomson) is that they make all their assets unselectable if you want to put them in your own route. The only workround is to use RW Tools to unzip the AP file then change the bin file of each and every item you want to use. Given an item turning up in a freeware route might encourage a person who otherwise might not have bought the payware, seems at best short sighted.I believe their EULA is also quite restrictive in terms of what you can do in terms of modding their routes, even down to where you can upload scenarios.

Perhaps this should also be covered in the survey: "Do you think our EULA is too restrictive?" "Do you agree with our policy of preventing assets being referenced in third party freeware?"
