Just an FYI for those unfamiliar:
With a tender - you can create two forward looking "Passenger Views" - on the tender - positioned to where the Engineer and Fireman would be looking out the cab - then use the normal "Headout Views" to look back over the rear of the train - this way all four views are available at a mere joystick keypress away - all four views have the camera isolated from the motion of the train replicating head movement. You can control the amount of relative motion by setting the vibration level. It's as if in real life - where your head isn't locked to the motion of the cab - GREATLY enhancing the immersion - IMHO.
